Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TruveriX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Service Description

TruveriX provides AI-powered background verification and identity intelligence services to enterprise clients. The Service includes employment, education, criminal, identity, financial, and other verification services as described on the platform.

3. Client Obligations

• Obtain valid, explicit consent from individuals before initiating any verification
• Use verification results only for the stated lawful purpose
• Not share verification reports with unauthorised third parties
• Maintain a valid Data Processing Agreement with TruveriX
• Comply with DPDPA 2023 and all applicable employment and privacy laws

4. Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used for lawful employment screening, identity verification, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Use of the Service for surveillance, discrimination, stalking, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability

TruveriX uses best-available data sources and AI models to deliver verification results with 99.2% target accuracy. However, verification results are informational and should not be the sole basis for employment or credit decisions. TruveriX's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
